Hailing from the lone star state, Amanda Baker has entertained music lovers all around the globe. She's performed since the ripe age of three and has proven herself as a soulful, powerful vocalist and versatile entertainer in the entertainment business. Amanda is currently writing and recording her own music in Nashville, TN where she is taking the reigns of her career and truly finding her own voice.

For the past eight years, Amanda performed in New York City in a variety of bands, shows, international Broadway tours, and solo concerts including "Marty" in "Grease", "Footloose, the Musical", and the USO. While performing with the United Service Organizations of Metropolitan New York, started with Bob Hope in 1941, she had the privilege to travel internationally entertaining active military, veterans, and numerous celebrity and political figures, including the President of the United States. In 2002, Amanda wrote and performed a New York Tribute Concert for the McKinney Symphony Orchestra containing songs from the 20's to the 21st century with styles ranging from pop, country and swing, to gospel and theatre. Amanda's self-titled CD also contains music from the concert with songs requested by the relief workers she met while singing at Ground Zero.

Other career highlights include: singing "Independence Day" on Sean Hannity's national radio program; The Inaugural Rock and Country Band for Disney's Premiere Ship, Disney Magic; performing at the Grand Ole Opry; appearances in television and film; and numerous roles in musical theatre. Amanda graduated with honors from Belmont University in Nashville, TN.
